Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order of skirts, kurta palazzo sets, T-shirts, blouses, trousers, or shorts, you may request a return according to the policy below.

- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing tags/packaging.
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items (if mentioned during purchase).
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact customer support within the return period.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- After approval, instructions will be provided for returning the item.
Customers may be required to pack the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- If the item meets return conditions, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

7. Return Shipping
