Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order of skirts, kurta palazzo sets, T-shirts, blouses, trousers, or shorts, you may request a return according to the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products returned after the return period.
  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing tags/packaging.
  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items (if mentioned during purchase).

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact customer support within the return period.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. After approval, instructions will be provided for returning the item.

Customers may be required to pack the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • If the item meets return conditions, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

6. Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, you must request it within the return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Return Shipping
